ABOUT:

As the founder of Fresh Athletics, Coach Donovan Friscia is passionate about teaching and developing athletes to maximize their potential and assist them in not only becoming better athletes, but better people.


As a competitive athlete at Bartram Trail High School (2008-2012), Coach Friscia participated in football, track and field, and weightlifting, breaking numerous school records. After his time in high school, he was given the opportunity to continue his track and field career at McKendree University where he became one of the top sprinters in program history. During his collegiate career, he became a 4x GLVC Champion in the 4x100m and 60m dash and has seen numerous top-3 finishes in the 100, and 200m dash. His top times were, 60m- 6.80, 100m- 10.39, 200m- 21.32, 4x100m-40.33 and finished his last season as an ALL-AMERICAN placing 5th in the nation in the 4x100m.


In 2017, Coach Friscia earned his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from McKendree University and continues to share what he learned during his experience through being the varsity sprint coach at Bartram Trail High School. He currently works as a Behavior Tech at Saint Augustine Youth Services.

  • Semi-private training: Semi-Private Training is group training for 2-4 people per session. Groups are kept small so as to ensure each person gets the high quality and customized coaching they need. You can expect a strong team atmosphere and high energy each and every time.
  • Private Training: Private training is one on one training. This ensures that your athlete gets a personalized experience. You can expect a professional approach to sprint training where your athlete is the main focus.

Semi-Private Training (2-4 people 1.5hrs)

  • 4 Sessions per month: 200$
  • 8 Sessions per month: 360$
  • 12 Sessions per month: 480$
